The Corporate Legal Department handles all transactional matters for Company and its US subsidiaries, including Mobile Company. The primary focus of this position is to provide legal support to the company and Legal team for complex commercial arrangements, contract negotiations, compliance, E-Discovery and communication and collaboration with the HQ legal department in South Korea. Additional responsibilities include work on general corporate matters, corporate governance, legal department processes and any other legal issues that arise.
