Company is looking for a highly experienced television attorney to handle development, production, and licensing of scripted, unscripted, and digital original series and specials on the entertainment platforms. Responsibilities include: review and negotiate a large variety of development, licensing, production services and rights agreements; help lead a team that directly handles all production legal work for Turner-produced programs on the TNT and TBS networks; advise executives and other personnel on deal structures, digital rights and new media, chain-of-title, program licensing and exploitation, financing, co-production, international distribution, participations, and guild issues. Position includes team management and supervision of other personnel and may require occasional travel.
