This Assistant General Counsel will work closely with the Chief Counsel of Financial Services and with company’s Auto Finance and Home Loans businesses on a broad range of consumer lending matters, including originations, servicing, marketing and analysis, loss mitigation, partnerships, and dealer relationships. In addition to superb technical skills and knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, this candidate needs to have a strong operational, results-focused orientation; a collaborative and motivating style; and the communication skills and gravitas to effectively influence and coordinate with stakeholders across the Financial Services business as well as within its growing and dynamic legal team. The person also needs to demonstrate genuine business, leadership and management skills.
