This role reports to the CEO and will serve as a trusted strategic advisor and business leader as a member of the executive team. The successful candidate will oversee corporate governance matters, and focus on corporate efficiency and legal best practices related to all aspects of federal government contracting. The General Counsel is responsible for leading corporate strategic and tactical legal initiatives, and provides senior management with effective advice on company strategies and their implementation, manages the Contracts and legal function, and obtains and oversees the work of outside counsel.
