The general counsel is responsible for managing all governance, regulatory, litigation and corporate legal issues for company Holdings, and its subsidiaries. The General Counsel will be responsible for handling and managing all the corporate governance and legal functions within the company and directing the range of activities required to ensure the development, implementation and maintenance of its Corporate Governance framework in accordance with the company’s policies and applicable laws and regulations.
