The Counsel will handle commercial real estate legal matters. Perform other duties as assigned. This position is based out of Downtown Cincinnati, Ohio. Draft and negotiate commercial real estate documents, including reciprocal easement agreements, leases and easements. Handle acquisitions and dispositions of real estate. Provide analysis and advice to business departments regarding real estate issues and disputes.
