The Commercial Contracts Attorney will work closely with the General Counsel and team of two Associate Counsels, supporting the team in drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of agreements. Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements to which the company or its affiliates are parties (e.g., service and vendor agreements, consulting agreements, confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements, content and brand licensing agreements, and other transactional documentation relevant to company operations). Manage approval, signature, and recordation processes for contracts, and maintain a contract management system to ensure company compliance with existing contractual obligations.
