Reporting to the General Counsel, Legal Counsel will work on diverse ongoing legal and business matters relating to the business and operations of the Bank. Responsibilities include providing, through working with the General Counsel and the other Legal Counsel, legal support to the Bank's various business units and other support centers and assisting the General Counsel and other Legal Counsel with particular emphasis on contract review and litigation supervision and management, but also including branch issues, general corporate matters, vendor management, risk management, internal policies, legal and regulatory compliance matters, and miscellaneous legal research and analysis and a variety of other tasks.
