The Vice President, Claims Management/Associate General Counsel will assist the General Counsel and the VP of Risk Management in the management, coordination and analysis of insurance-related claims throughout the company, including management of resulting litigation. The VP, Corporate Claims Management/Associate General Counsel will assist in the implementation and maintenance of processes and procedures to eliminate, mitigate, and control the financial impact of losses across several lines of business. Actively participate as a team member within the Legal Risk Management department and with all departments within the Company.
