As a Senior Counsel you are responsible for the strategy, management and budgeting of significant global litigation and government investigation matters facing the Company. You will work independently under the supervision and direction of the Deputy General Counsel, Commercial Litigation/Investigations & Enabling and will have the experience and judgment to be able to identify and manage significant litigation risk on his/her own initiative. As a Senior Counsel you are expected to act as a role model to other legal staff and demonstrate leadership within the client teams and legal teams in which you operate.
