He/she will be accountable for all tax reporting and compliance functions. The position’s principal responsibilities are compliance, Sarbanes Oxley controls, and business support in areas of federal, state, and international income tax, indirect tax (such as sales/use, VAT, property), and payroll/HR taxes. The role is also responsible for all tax planning strategies and all relevant domestic and international compliance obligations.
