Responsible for preparing, analyzing, negotiating and revising contracts in close coordination with General Counsel and other staff members; handling various legal and corporate matters that arise during the course of the business operations of company and its affiliates. Assist with the drafting of project agreements with various artists, touring entities, festival producers and other partners. Follow up with event partners on the execution and delivery of agreements and other paperwork.
