The Head of Legal Europe will provide general legal advice and support to company and its subsidiaries in Europe on general legal matters, with a focus on the development, promotion and marketing of company’s products. This individual will also be responsible for developing and supporting a broad range of compliance systems in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct, and laws and regulations in the EU Region. As required, this individual will also provide advice in relation to corporate governance, general corporate law, employment law, litigation and disputes and other legal matters.
