The Counsel I position is a competent, experienced position in the Law Department that is assigned to a key operational area within the company and/or to the General Law Section of the Law Department. The position reports directly to a senior member of the Law Department. The position is relied on to provide expert, timely legal services with direction and guidance from Senior Law Department Management. The position is expected to represent the company's legal position in all matters affecting the assigned area.
