Company is looking for a full time attorney to become a member of our dynamic legal team and to be on the forefront of growing our company. Reporting to the Director of Legal, this position’s primary areas of responsibility include coordination of the commercial contract review process with Sales and Sales Operations stakeholders, drafting and negotiating commercial sales and vendor agreements, development and delivery of training for global stakeholders, and regular review and update of contract templates and corporate policies and procedures. Ensure contracts comply with all relevant policies and procedures.
