The role provides advice and assistance to corporate management, the VP Associate General Counsel, and others in managing the daily issues that have a legal impact on the business in Latin America region – primarily Mexico and Central America. The incumbent will be responsible for providing comprehensive commercial and regulatory legal advice for the region to designated business development team and corporate business units where appropriate. Draft and negotiate agreements for agents and partners in the Latin American Region, primarily Mexico and Central America.
