Reporting to the Director of Legal Affairs & Compliance, this position will have cross functional responsibilities and assume ownership of most contract review; drafting; negotiation; monitoring; and training for the Company, including an emphasis on commercial arrangements such as System contracts; Government contracts; RFIs and RFPs; domestic distributor contracts; and domestic rental company contracts. This position will also be responsible for assisting with company’s various license applications and assisting with legal research and business strategy development on a variety of subjects, including accountable care organizations and the home market. Understand the objectives, responsibilities, and mission of the Legal & Compliance department and work towards those goals.
