You will work closely with the software compliance audit team, including advising on the interpretation of contractual provisions and negotiating and resolving customer non-compliance issues. You will be empowered to apply business acumen along with legal skills to identify issues, develop and analyze alternative solutions, and make recommendations and implement solutions. Six or more years of experience working at a law firm or as in-house counsel. Must have a strong commercial contract/software licensing background including deep drafting and negotiating experience.
