Responsible for reviewing, drafting, negotiating and administering customer and supplier contracts, managing preparation of outgoing (and reviews incoming) customer contracts, using approved contract templates and ensuring company policy, legal requirements, and financial guidelines (IAW company policy) are met. Coordinates with directors as well as Finance & Legal departments to understand broad business issues impacting contract language, risks and dependencies. Applies problem-solving and negotiating skills in writing contract language that results in an executed contract and satisfactory business relationships.
