Managing regulatory and legal issues on behalf of Advisers and Funds including the preparation, review and maintenance of registration statements, other regulatory filings, exemptive applications, regulatory examinations and financial statements. Assist with all aspects of board meetings and the preparation of board materials. Coordinate use of outside counsel, as necessary. Assist in contract negotiation, management and oversight of relationships with third party service providers to the Funds.
