You must have at least 10 years of experience in US and international intellectual property law with primary emphasis on domestic and international trademark and copyright application prosecution, and responding to USPTO examiner and other actions. Your principal duties will include trademark and copyright portfolio management, strategic advice to our executive management team, and counseling to our highly experienced research and development team on all intellectual property, licensing, branding, marketing, labeling, and enforcement matters. You will be responsible for the management of our entire intellectual property portfolio, including international matters with foreign associates.
