The Senior Corporate Counsel for Litigation will be responsible for working on commercial and general litigation as well as other issues and disputes. This role will be responsible for managing or supporting all aspects of litigation, developing case strategy, counseling the business on active and threatened claims, and working in close partnership with colleagues in the Legal Department as well as our business leadership to achieve top business results through optimal dispute resolution strategies. The Senior Corporate Counsel will report to the Director of Litigation who manages all commercial and general litigation and other disputes for the Company.
