We are looking for an Assistant General Counsel to lead our M&A function. This is a great opportunity to work closely with our Corporate Development and Executive teams. This person will solve novel issues, have the ability to think creatively, solve unique business problems and the occasional sudoku puzzle. Leading merger and acquisition activity, divestitures and strategic investments. Negotiate and draft documents for M&A transactions, investments and divestitures and other transactions.
