Review and approve business transactions and agreements in the U.S. that, if entered into by any Weatherford US entity, would have a potentially economic impact on Weatherford or might be in conflict with present Corporate and Regional Policies, laws and regulations. Assist to supervise the Compliance of Corporate and Regional Policies.
