The successful candidate for this position will be involved in the following activities: Drafting, negotiating and closing transactions relating to the development and production of Internet web series and other content originally displayed and distributed on the Internet and other digital platforms (including talent and other related agreements). Advising business personnel regarding the terms of such agreements, including the related legal issues. Advising sales, marketing, licensing/acquisition and entertainment executives and personnel regarding the creation and acquisition of content, IP clearance, deal structures, regulatory and legal compliance relating to the creation and distribution of content.
