This Senior Legal Counsel position, will lead the legal team which is responsible for negotiating and finalizing agreements to enable transactions to occur within our energy wholesale trading operations. The position is located in our corporate headquarters in Houston, Texas. The Senior Legal Counsel will manage a team of legal professionals and contribute substantively on a wide range of commercial issues which directly impact the success of the wholesale trading business across company’s North American market (e.g. NAESBs, ISDAs and EEIs and associated credit contracts as well as transportation, storage and transmission agreements.)
