You will serve as the legal expert drafting and negotiating medical device commercial contracts (e.g. supply, manufacturing, distribution, clinical trial, managed markets) health care professional consulting and/or other agreements. You will provide legal advice regarding litigation and disputes, as well as for a wide range of compliance matters, including, but not limited to international distributor due diligence, internal investigations, compliance with the anti-kickback statute safe harbors, FCPA, Food Drug and Cosmetics Act, and the Sunshine Act provisions within the PPACA. You will learn from our Engineers, Manufacturing Leaders, R&D team and other industry professionals about our state-of-the-art products.
