The Attorney position is responsible for working as a member of company's global legal and compliance team to support worldwide matters involving some or all of the following: negotiations, contract drafting, patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret as well as other intellectual property matters, credit agreements, credit facilities, collections, bankruptcy, mergers, acquisitions, real estate, corporate governance, labor, employment, compensation, environmental compliance, privacy laws, trade compliance, import and export regulation, government contracting, and other matters or disputes as required. The candidate is expected to assist the resolution of a variety of business and legal concerns in conjunction with all levels of management.
