Assist in the structuring and ongoing design, implementation and oversight of the alternative funds managed by company (e.g., hedge funds, fund of funds, etc.), including fund documentation, governance, policies and procedures, marketing materials and sales activities, shareholder communications, pricing/valuation, investment restrictions, redemption fees, frequent trading, recordkeeping, etc. Assist, together with the Chief Compliance Officer, with the annual review of policies and procedures in Investment Management, including testing of policies and procedures, risk/gap analysis, service provider due diligence, etc. Implement changes to policies and procedures as needed. Assist with the preparation of the written reports of the annual review. Provide written and oral reports on various legal and/or compliance matters to the Chief Compliance Officer and senior management.
