The Counsel will be a critical part of a team of attorneys responsible for representing the company in employment litigation in state and federal court, in arbitration, and before state and federal agencies. The Employment Litigation Counsel will report to Company’s Assistant General Counsel, Labor and Employment. The successful candidate has a minimum of 6 years of legal experience. A strong background in all facets of employment law is required, and trial experience is preferred. Experience with complex commercial litigation and traditional labor would be looked upon favorably.
