The Corporate Counsel or Staff Attorney will provide legal advice and support to company's managed care and customer services department, including sales and marketing teams, sales support, and other commercial support functions. The attorney will provide advice, education, training and legal direction on typical managed care issues such as managed-care pricing and contracting, third party payor laws, privacy, healthcare fraud and abuse laws, antitrust, and other laws impacting the commercialization of biotech drugs. This attorney will help review marketing and educational materials developed by the managed care and customer services department.
