Reporting directly to the EVP, Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel & Secretary, this position will be responsible for managing key aspects of legal operations with a focus on commercial contracts and securities compliance. The position will work closely with accounting and finance team on securities matters and with research and development, business development and commercial operations groups on contractual needs.
