We are looking for a motivated attorney or contracts professional to support company’s business by overseeing software licensing and other transactional matters. This position is located in New York, NY. This position is primarily responsible for negotiating and drafting software license, maintenance, distribution and service agreements, teaming and partner agreements, conducting complex contracts negotiations, and otherwise supporting a broad range of transactional matters. Work closely with Sales Operations and Revenue departments to help define and construct contract agreements and revenue models.
