Responsible for assessing and improving legal and contracts processes, supporting the General Counsel in strategic development and legal operations, and leveraging and protecting the company’s resources, including its intellectual property. Key responsibilities include effectively interfacing with management, and providing proactive support, advice and counsel on strategic issues and concerns related to mergers and acquisitions, employment law, and contracts. Researches, reports and issues recommendations for improved deployment and management of company contracts and legal matters (including tracking of outside counsel), integration of acquisitions and affiliate processes, management reporting, and implementation of applicable infrastructure and software in coordination with IT and Contracts groups.
