Full-time 8808 Assistant General Counsel, General Corporate

The Attorney will work closely with company's Auto finance division to ensure processes, procedures and forms meet business objectives and are in compliance with applicable federal and state laws governing consumer financing and leasing. Work with management and regulatory counsel to implement new legislation; assess legal risk of new cases and implement procedures to mitigate risk; participate on business teams to provide legal support for new programs and processes. Provide on-going training and support to field staff regarding legal issues. Draft consumer contracts and ancillary forms; draft and negotiate vendor contracts; conduct legal research as required.
