The Associate General Counsel – Securitizations will be responsible for handling complex legal matters and projects applying established standards in the areas of securitization, capital markets/securities issuances, and secured lending to focus on a wide variety of secured lending and asset finance matters. Counsel will also be responsible for certain SEC reporting and governance, Sarbanes-Oxley, and other corporate governance matters. The Associate General Counsel – Capital Markets will work directly with the Chief Legal Officer and closely with Capital Markets to analyze and advise the business on legal developments and litigation concerning the business.
