The General Counsel is a key leadership and corporate role for the organization. This role supports and enhances the mission of organization across its diverse programs. The primary responsibilities are to advise on legal matters affecting the company and its affiliates and to promote compliance with all applicable local, state and federal laws. Follows direction set by the Chief Executive Officer, working within the directives of the Board of Trustees. Works with Vice Presidents, Executive Directors, Directors of Nursing, and other key managers in providing legal counsel, advice and direction.
