These initiatives require an increasingly large amount of legal support, including: negotiating , drafting and reviewing agreements with various course partners; overseeing marketing and promotions initiatives and partnerships; managing agreements and relationships with other distributors and electronic tee sheet interface partners; aiding in the development of strategic partnerships; and managing the large volume of workflow of incoming and outgoing documents. The Associate Counsel’s primary reporting responsibility will be to the Vice President, Business Development and Sr. Counsel, with secondary reporting responsibilities to the Senior Vice President of Business Affairs and General Counsel.
