The Corporate Counsel will be a key partner to the product development, strategy/business development and information technology functions as well as the business in general. This role is primarily responsible for handling all technology agreements including but not limited to hardware and software licensing inbound to the products, third party manufacturer agreements, key licensing partner relationships, non-disclosure agreements, consulting agreements including work for hire, IT agreements, cloud service agreements, evaluation and prototype licensing as well as general commercial contracts. This lawyer will be as passionate about intellectual property, technology licensing and the commercial issues around creating, manufacturing, interacting with and managing technology and intellectual property as Beats is passionate about sound.
