The attorney in this position will be working both independently and as part of a team to negotiate, document, and close a variety of commercial contracts and licenses and will directly interface with internal clients from among others, Business Development, Sales, Information Technology, Operations, Procurement, and Finance. An attorney in this position will draft, review, and assist in the negotiation of contractual terms for a wide range of business transactions, assist various operational and business units with understanding the meaning and implication of such terms, and develop appropriate proposals or counter-proposals for negotiation to the desired result. There is the potential for a broad scope of contract subject matter, including product sales/warehousing/distribution, licensing, customer supply, facilities, and leases.
