We are seeking an Assistant General Counsel for our Legal Department. In this role, you will support the Director of the Legal Department in providing legal counsel and guidance to the hospital and be responsible for major legal functions of the hospital. We need someone who can interact with state and federal agencies, support functions at the hospital involved in revenue cycle or claims management, provide counsel regarding contractual agreements entered into by the hospital components, and work with and serve as a hospital liaison to outside counsel. Provides legal guidance relating to regulatory, transactional and operational issues.
