Responsible for managing medium to large Staff Legal offices in both Orlando and Tampa, 5 or more attorneys per office, while handling highly complex or the most complex trial work, or responsible for managing a small Staff Legal office while handling the most complex trial work. Provides direction and feedback to staff and monitors their progress towards set goals and objectives. Exhibits team selection and development skills, recruiting and retaining highly skilled and customer service oriented professionals. Implements case management skills including accurate evaluation of the litigation file including discovery, deposition skills, effective selection and use of experts, thorough witness/client preparation, motion practice, trial readiness, compliance with files handling guidelines, and file expense.
