This is a position for a senior patent attorney who will to advise company’s leadership on intellectual property strategies pertinent to company’s business and will manage a growing team of patent attorneys, agents and paralegals. This senior attorney will be based in the office in San Diego. Working with the company’s general counsel and company leaders to develop the company’s intellectual property strategies (patents, trade secrets, trademarks, copyright, open source, etc.) based on a deep understanding the company’s competitive environment and technological direction.
