The Executive Vice President-Legal (EVP-L) will be responsible for the ongoing development of the legal operations of the Company, including establishing support systems for its underwriting activities, claims administration, and regulatory compliance. The EVP-L will report directly to the President. Coordinating with the Executive Team to establish and maintain effective agent surveillance systems to protect the Company’s assets. Working with reinsurers and bond providers to protect the Company’s assets.
