The Senior Corporate Counsel will work closely with the Real Estate and Design & Construction teams in addition to outside counsel on a wide range of legal issues including, commercial transactions, real estate and construction matters, and general contracts. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts, including service agreements, purchase agreements, subscription agreements, on-line agreements, privacy policies, non-disclosure agreements, and maintenance agreements. Manage disputes and oversee litigation matters affecting Real Estate and Construction groups.
