Senior Legal Counsel, reporting to the Director, Legal, primarily responsible for the management and oversight of domestic litigation of company, a $4+ Billion company. Oversee and manage outside counsel, as well as Department paralegals and administrative staff, in that capacity. Also responsible for advising leadership and HR, on ethics issues, and is the attorney within the Legal Department primarily responsible for the conduct of formal and informal Legal Department investigations. Additionally, this employee will be responsible for employment and HR issues/litigation as well as interfacing with HR and other senior leadership on such matters.
