The Counsel is a member of the Legal Services Division in the Office of the General Counsel. The Counsel’s primary day-to-day responsibilities will be preparing and reviewing real estate leases, negotiating the terms and conditions of such leases, preparing and reviewing estoppels certificates, and other real estate documents. This position will also perform other duties associated with real estate purchases and sales, such as negotiation of terms, preparation and review of sales and associated documents, research of property titles and other tasks associated with the purchase and sale of real property.
