The successful applicant will join company’s stable legal department consisting of multiple other in-house attorneys and contract administrators/paralegals. Responsibilities will include independently managing a broad array of complex projects, including commercial and academic licenses and collaborations, corporate contracts including clinical trial, license, manufacturing, consulting, material transfer, vendor services and master agreements, as well as activities supporting our China subsidiary and its development and commercialization activities. This position requires the successful candidate to be in the office on a daily basis and available to interact with management and internal clients.
