This role will be responsible for the delivery of high quality legal advice and support to all businesses of company and will serve as the primary legal advisor to the Chief Marketing Officer and her Center of Marketing Excellence. This position will also include responsibility in the areas of data privacy, children’s marketing, and PI information protection. Serve as the subject matter expert and work closely and collaboratively with the marketing teams in providing counsel and advice on all areas of marketing, advertising and promotions, with a particular focus on social media and all other form of digital/mobile media and other online activities and commerce.
