This position will report directly to the General Counsel and provide legal counsel and services in all areas of intellectual property law to various clients in a rapidly growing biopharmaceutical company. This attorney will be a critical member of the organization and will work with a variety of cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment to build and maintain a strong intellectual property portfolio in support of the company's drug discovery and development efforts. Responsibilities will include performing and/or supervising: strategic IP planning including patent application, prosecution and litigation planning across the company’s broad IP portfolio, due diligence investigations and freedom to operate analyses, and business development and licensing input.
